If you request information or book a service on behalf of third parties, you are responsible for ensuring that others are aware of this Privacy Policy, as well as agreeing with the provision of your personal data. By submitting your data while making an appointment or booking, you consent to the transfer, storage and processing of that data as needed.

Information we collect
Personal data you provide
Name, email address, phone number, date of birth and personal travel plans are some of the personal information we collect. In addition, we may also be asked to obtain your passport details in order to arrange your trip, as well as the services you are requesting. In some cases, we may be able to ask you for more sensitive personal data, such as information about medical conditions, disabilities and special needs, such as dietary requirements, which may reveal your religious beliefs. This information is essential to guarantee and respect your specific needs regarding a reservation.
Personal data we collect for legal purposes to ensure legal and regulatory compliance, as well as the detection and prevention of crimes
We process your personal data so that we can comply with our legal, compliance and regulatory obligations for legal purposes. Example: responding to a valid legal complaint, subpoena or regulatory order, and to protect our property, rights and interests, as well as the property, rights and interests of others.
We also process your personal data for the purpose of crime prevention and detection, including the prevention of online payment fraud, for identity verification, for credit verification and credit score purposes, and for accounting or auditing purposes. If you visit one of our offices, you may be monitored by an internal television circuit (CCTV) for security purposes. In each case, we do this in accordance with applicable laws.
Personal data we collect from third parties
We collect personal data from a third party that you have authorized to provide us with your personal data (for example, this third party may be a travel agent or someone else making a reservation on your behalf, your travel companion, your travel coordinator, our promotion partners, social media, and other website). We also collect personal data from individuals who may refer you as a friend to our products or services. We ask these people to confirm that you agree to receive our contact or hear about us.
Confidential personal data we collect
We generally do not collect your confidential personal data (or those for whom you are reserving), but when we do, we try to minimize the collection and use of it, treating it with extra care. We also share this information with third parties (who help manage our business and provide services, such as those who provide wheelchairs at airports) and other companies (who help manage your booking or travel), and transfer it globally. When you (or any traveling passenger) provide us with sensitive personal data, you agree that you have provided that information voluntarily and agree (and the traveling passenger) that we use that information for the purposes for which it was collected.
Personal data we collect when you are making a payment
We collect different personal data depending on your payment method (such as credit card, bank transfer, cash). For example, for credit card payments, we may collect the credit card holder’s name, address, card number, expiration date and CVC code.
